Description
MOVE.SCURVETIME sets the amount of S-curve smoothing applied to all velocity profiles.
The greater the value of MOVE.SCURVETIMEe, the smoother (lower jerk) the profile.
Specifying a non-zero value for MOVE.SCURVETIME increases move time by MOVE.SCU-
RVETIME. For example, a trapezoidal move (MOVE.SCURVETIME = 0) that takes 0.500 sec-
onds to complete, takes 0.756 seconds to complete if MOVE.SCURVETIME is set to 0.256.
Change MOVE.SCURVETIME only when the motor is not moving (MOVE.MOVING = 0). If
you attempt to change MOVE.SCURVETIME while the motor is moving a RunTime error is
produced.
MOVE parameters are only valid when DRV.OPMODE = 3 and
DRV.CMDSOURCE = 5.
