Deleting Data
Follow the procedure below to delete a file or files on an external memory device.
Deleting a Job
Operation Explanation
1 Select {FD/PC CARD} under
the main menu.
2 Select {DELETE}. The following window appears.
3 Select {JOB}. The job selection window appears.
4 Select a job to be deleted. The selected jobs are marked with “.”
5 Press [ENTER]. The confirmation dialog box appears.
6 Select “YES.” The selected jobs are deleted.
