These parameters limit the P-point maximum envelope of the manipulator or set the interference area
for axis interference or cubic interference.
 S1CxG200 to S1CxG215: PULSE SOFT LIMIT
Soft limit is set independently for each axis by pulse value setting. Set current value (pulse value) of
the axis at the soft limit set up position.
