1. Designation of checking
These parameters specify the cube/axis interference to be used by bit.
0 : Cube Interference/Axis Interference Not Used

5 : Base Axis 1 6 : Base Axis 2 7 : Base Axis 3 8: Base Axis 4
9 : Station Axis 1 10 : Station Axis 2 11 : Station Axis 3 12: Station Axis 4
