 S2C182: PROGRAMMING PENDANT OPERATION WHEN “IO” IS
SELECTED FOR REMOTE MODE
This parameter specifies whether each operation of the following is valid when “IO” is selected for
remote function selection. IO and command are available for remote function selection: “IO” is set prior
to shipping. “Command” is valid when transmission function (optional) is specified.
 S2C186: STEP REGISTRATION AT TOOL NO. CHANGE
The registration of the step when the tool number is changed allows the setting to be made as
prohibited.
If this parameter is set to “1” (prohibited), the following operations are prohibited.
• Modification of a step
When the tool number of the teaching step differs from the currently-selected tool number,
the step cannot be modified.
• Deletion of a step
Even if the teaching step position coincides with the current position, the step cannot be
deleted when the tool number of the teaching step differs from the currently-selected tool
number.
• Addition of a step
When the tool number of the teaching step indicated by the cursor differs from the
currently-selected tool number, the step cannot be added.
