General Description
Use this Memory Block to assign the extension number of each AA message.

Programming Procedures

Go off-line.

Press LK1 + LK4 +
BA
to access the Memory Block.

Use the dial pad to enter data.
Note: Use the following to enter data:
A~H to enter Automated Attendant message number
2-Digit Station Number: 10~99
3-Digit Station Number: 100~999
4-Digit Station Number: 1000~9999
U to clear all data when cursor is at setting position (Depends what length the
extension number has been assigned in MB1-2-03.)
Default Values
Not assigned.

Press
N
to write the data, and advance to the next A.A.No.

After the last entry, press
N
to write the data.

Press
P
to go back on-line.
