General Description
Use this Memory Block to determine whether paging alert tone (4 tones) or alert chime sounds
before the speech path is established, or after, or before and after.
PRT = Normal Paging Tone Before the Page
C-S = Chime - Start Only (4 Tone Chime)
C-B = Chime - Both Start and End (4 Tone Chime)
