Syntax
convert-aos-ap <mode> <name>

This command allows you to provision an AP as a Campus AP or
Remote AP in a controller-based network.
RAP, CAP.
<name>
Allows you to specify the IP address of the controller to which the
Remote AP or Campus AP will be connected.

Usage Guidelines
Before converting an AP, ensure that both the AP and controller are configured to operate in
the same regulatory domain. An AP can be converted to a Campus AP and Remote AP only
if the controller is running ArubaOS 6.1.4 or later versions.

Example
The following command allows you to convert an AP to a remote AP:
(scalance)# convert-aos-ap RAP 192.0.2.5
