1 Click the paen
t selector in the upper-le corner of the acquision window or the review window.
2 Select a study in the list.
3 To protect the study, right-click the study and click Protect Study.
4 To unprotect a study which is already protected, right-click the study and click Unprotect Study.
You can congure the system to protect every study upon compleon. For more informaon, see
Changing General Paent and Workow Sengs (page 232).
7.6 Reviewing Historical Data for a Scheduled Paent
You can review historical studies and series for a scheduled paent.
When you have selected a paent in the paent list, you can view all the studies that are available for
that paent. This includes studies and series available on the local database and archived studies and
series available on the network.
1 Click the paent selector in the upper-le corner of the review window to display the paent
database.
2 Select a scheduled paent in the paent list.
3 Click the History tab.
All available studies and series for the selected paent are displayed, including archived studies and
series that are available on the network. If a series is available in the local paent database, a
pictorial is displayed. If a series is an archived series, a pictorial image is not displayed.
Studies are displayed in acquision date order by default, with the most recent rst.
4 To view a study in the local paent database, do the following:
a Find the study in the list.
b Select the series that you want to view within the study.
c Click View.
5 To view an archived study, do the following:
a Find the study in the list.
b Select the series that you want to review within the study.
To import more than one archived series at a me, select the check box in the top le corner of
each series that you want to import.
c Click Import.
The selected series are imported from the network archive to the local database.
d Select the imported series that you want to view.
e Click View.
