12.14 Customizing Predened Annotaons
Some annotaons are predened but you can customize them.
When customizing predened annotaons, you can change the text, the color and the size for each
annotaon.
1 On the System menu, click Customizaon to display the System Customizaon window.
2 In the X-Ray Applicaon sengs group, click Annotaons.
A list of predened annotaons is displayed, with details for the selected annotaon shown in the
Annotaon Details.
3 To create a new annotaon, do the following:
a Click New.
A new annotaon is added to the list with the text New annotaon.
b Select the new annotaon in the list and edit the annotaon (step 6).
4 To copy an exisng annotaon, do the following:
a Click Copy.
A new annotaon is added to the list and is marked as a copy of the original annotaon.
b Select the copied annotaon in the list and edit the annotaon (step 6).
5 To edit an exisng annotaon, do the following:
You can see a preview of the annotaon in the Annotaon Details.
a Select the desired annotaon in the Annotaons list.
b To change the text of the annotaon, enter new text in the Annotaon Details.
c To change the size of the annotaon, select a size.
d To change the default color of the annotaon, click on a color to select it.
6 To delete an annotaon, do the following:
a Select the desired annotaon in the Annotaons list.
b Click Delete.
A conrmaon dialog box is displayed.
c To cancel without deleng the annotaon, click Cancel.
d To delete the annotaon, click OK.
7 To undo any changes you have made, click Undo Changes.
8 To save your changes, click Save.
9 To close the System Customizaon window, click Close.
