6.3.1 Audible Signals
The system is equipped with audible signals which can be used to signal when uoroscopy or exposure
are acve, to prevent unintended radiaon.
The three audible signals, which can be congured by technical support, are:
Fluoroscopy buzzer
High level uoroscopy buzzer
Exposure buzzer
Fluoroscopy Buzzer
With the uoroscopy buzzer congured and the high level uoroscopy buzzer not congured, if
uoroscopy is acvated at the low/normal or high avors the buzzer sound is a connuously audible
signal.
With the uoroscopy buzzer and high level uoroscopy buzzer congured, if uoroscopy is acvated at
the low/normal uoroscopy avors, the buzzer sound is a connuously audible signal. When using the
high uoroscopy avor, the buzzer sound is a repeang 2 pulses audible signal every 2 seconds.
High Level Fluoroscopy Buzzer
With the high level uoroscopy buzzer congured and the uoroscopy buzzer not congured, if
uoroscopy is acvated at the high uoroscopy avor the buzzer sound will be a repeang 2 pulses
(audible) signal every 2 seconds. The buzzer does not sound if uoroscopy is acvated at the low/
normal uoroscopy avors.
Exposure Buzzer
When the exposure buzzer is congured, if exposure is acvated the buzzer sound will be a
connuously audible signal. When the exposure buzzer is not congured, the buzzer does not sound if
exposure is acvated.
