The sengs for the selected printer are displayed in the Printer Sengs secon.
b Change the desired printer seng in the Printer Sengs secon.
5 To add a new printer, perform the following procedure:
a Click Add.
A new printer is added to the list.
b Select the new printer.
c Enter the Printer Sengs for the new printer.
d To enable secure communicaon, select Use Authencaon.
e To enable the use of encrypon, select Use Encrypon.
This opon is only available if Use Authencaon is selected.
f Click Save to save your changes.
6 To test an individual printer's connecon, click Test Connecon.
The connecon to the printer is tested and the result is displayed in the printer list next to the
printer name.
The result of the test is indicated by an icon.

o test all printer connecons, click Test All.
8 To calibrate a printer, click Printer Calibraon.
9 To remove a printer, click Remove and conrm that you want to remove the printer.
10 To undo any changes you have made, click Undo Changes.
11 To save your changes, click Save.
12 To close the System Customizaon window, click Close.
13.8 Conguring Export Protocols
You can congure how and when the system exports images by conguring the export protocols.
An export protocol species whether an export occurs automacally or manually, what format the
images will be, and where they will be exported to.
You can edit, copy and delete an exisng export protocol, or create a new one.
When eding or creang a protocol, you can congure the following opons:
• Manual or automac export
• Protocol name
