ter your new password again in Conrm Password.
6 Do one of the following:
a To close the dialog box without changing your new password, click Cancel.
b To close the dialog box and change your password, click Apply.
12.2 Viewing System and License Informaon
You can view basic informaon about the system and the licenses installed on the system.
1 On the System menu, click Customizaon to display the System Customizaon window.
2 In the General sengs group, click System and License Informaon.
System and license informaon is displayed in the right pane:
Hospital and department names
Local system ID
Computer and host names
IP and MAC addresses
Installed hardware and soware licenses
3 To close the System Customizaon window, click Close.
12.3 Seng the Date and Time
You can choose whether the date and me should be set manually or automacally.
1 On the System menu, click Customizaon to display the System Customizaon window.
2 In the General sengs group, click Date and Time Sengs.
3 To set the date and me automacally using a me server, enable the Time Server by selecng
Enabled.
If the me server is enabled, the date and me is automacally synchronized aer startup when a
connecon with the me server is established. A manually entered date and me is overwrien
when the date and me are automacally synchronized. The me and date is synchronized hourly
when the system is connected to the me server. The system date and me cannot be changed
manually if the me server is enabled.
If the me server is Enabled, ensure that the correct host name or IP address for the me server is
entered in the eld below the radio buons.
4 To set the date and me manually, do the following:
a Select Disabled for the me server.
b Select the correct date from the System Date drop-down calendar.
c Enter the correct me in the System Time eld.
5 Select the correct Time Zone from the list.
6 To undo any changes you have made, click Undo Changes.
