o enable secure communicaon, select Use Authencaon.
9 To enable the use of encrypon, select Use Encrypon.
This opon is only available if Use Authencaon is selected.
10 Click Test Connecon.
The result of the test is indicated by an icon.

11 To disable worklist management, select Disabled in the Worklist Management secon.
12 To disable the MPPS manager, select Disabled in the Modality Performed Procedure Step Manager
secon.
13 To undo any changes you have made, click Undo Changes.
14 To save your changes, click Save.
15 To close the System Customizaon window, click Close.
13.7.3 Conguring Remote Systems
You can congure the sengs for other DICOM-compable systems connected to the same hospital
network as the Azurion system.
1 On the System menu, click Customizaon to display the System Customizaon window.
2 In the General sengs group, click DICOM Sengs.
3 Click the Remote Systems tab.
A list of remote systems is displayed (DICOM nodes).
4 To view the sengs that are congured for an exisng remote system, select a system in the list.
The Remote System Sengs and Services sengs are displayed, providing informaon about the
selected remote system and the services it supports.
5 To add a new remote system, click Add below the list of remote systems.
A new remote system is added to the list. You can now congure the sengs of the new system.
6 To congure a system's sengs in the Remote System Sengs secon, select the system in the list
and do the following:
a Enter the Name of the remote system.
b Click the Template Type box and select a template.
The template denes the services that available on the remote system. Available services are
indicated with a selected check box in the Services secon.
