arng and Stopping the System
This secon provides informaon about starng and stopping the system during normal use.
For informaon about stopping the system in an emergency, see Emergency Stop (page 19).
4.1 Starng the System
1 On the review module, press and hold Power On for 2 seconds.
NOTE Avoid operang any of the controls while the system is powering on, as this may inhibit
the start-up process.
2 Release the buon when the indicator begins to ash.
The indicator light stays on when the start-up process is complete.

The system takes 5 minutes from switching on unl all funconality is available.
3 If your work schedule includes tasks performed on a separate workstaon, switch the workstaon
on and log on to it to avoid a delay during the procedure.
4 When the logon screen appears, enter your user name and password, and then select Log On or
press Enter.

If your password has expired, a dialog box is displayed allowing you to change your password. You
are asked to enter your exisng password and to set your new password.
