5.9.7 Using Radiaon Shields
Radiaon shields provide addional protecon against stray radiaon. You can use a table-mounted
radiaon shield and a ceiling-suspended radiaon shield with the system.
The table-mounted and ceiling-suspended radiaon shields are 0.5 mm lead (Pb) equivalent. For
opmal protecon, use the table-mounted and ceiling-suspended radiaon shields together with lead
aprons.
