Consequently, when describing applic
aons in these Instrucons for Use, it is not always
possible to indicate exactly on what monitor or screen that it appears.
Interacng with Windows
You can enlarge windows and display them full-screen, or you can minimize them to the last posion.
You can also manually resize a window by dragging it's edge.
To acvate the applicaon in a window, click anywhere within the borders of the window. The borders
of the window are yellow indicang that the window is selected. Only one window is acve at a me.
When you move the pointer over the applicaon window, the toolbar, task navigaon panel, and
review toolbar become visible. If there is no interacon in the applicaon window aer a few seconds
the toolbar and review toolbar are automacally hidden. Move the pointer over the area to display
them again.
When you posion the pointer within the borders of the window, the header becomes acve and the
following interacons are available:
Click to maximize the window.
Click to restore the window to the inial size.
Click to adjust the window to the actual pixel size.
Click to hide the applicaon in a window. When an applicaon is hidden, its icon is shown in the
middle of the window. Click the icon to display the applicaon again.
Click to create a snapshot of the applicaon in the window. The snapshot is stored with the study of
the current acquision paent.

You can expand panels to make tools or tasks available, and then collapse them to create a less
cluered environment, for example, while viewing:
Click the expander to open the panel or window.
Click the expander to close the panel or window.
This icon indicates that there are more funcons available. Click to display them.
Click to close the panel or window.
19.1.2 Paent Table: Doctor Side and Nurse Side
These denions assume that the paent is supine on the table, with feet toward the table base.
With this paent orientaon, the doctor side is the right side of the table (corresponding to the right
side of the paent), and the nurse side is the le side of the table. The head end of the table is the end
furthest away from the table base, and the foot end is the end nearest to the table base.
