CALC:LIM:REP:POIN?
CALCulate <Ch> [:SELected]:LIMit:REPort:POINts?
Description
Reads out the number of the measurement points that failed the
limit test.
The stimulus data array of these points can be read out by the
CALC:LIM:REP? command.
