Description
Reads out the error message of the error occurred when executing
the SCPI commands, from the FIFO (First In First Out) error queue
stored in the Analyzer. The read out error is deleted from the error
queue. The *CLS command clears the error queue. The maximum
size of the queue is 100 messages.
