Reads out the number of points (data pairs) of the analysis result
by the CALC:FUNC:EXEC command.
Always reads out 1, when the search is executed for the maximum,
minimum, mean, standard deviation, peak, and peak–to–peak
values. The actual number of points is read out, when the search is
executed for all peak or all targets.
