Reads out the data array, which is the CALC:FUNC:EXEC command
analysis result.
The array size is 2N, where N is the number of points.
For the n–th point, where n from 1 to N:
<numeric 2n–1> the response value in n–th measurement point;
<numeric 2n> the stimulus value in n–th measurement point.
Always set to 0 for the analysis of mean value,
standard deviation, and peak–to–peak value.
