Sets the position of the reference line. For the rectangular format
only.

Parameter
<numeric> the reference line position from 0 to the number of the scale
divisions (set by the DISP:WIND:Y:DIV command, 10 by default)

Sets the value of the limit, which is closer to the specified value.
