Connect the power cable to both PCIe SSD backplanes (1) and the system
board (2), see cabling plan "Power cabling: 8x 2.5" PCIe SSD SSF" on
page 518. Secure the power cable in the cable clamp (see circle).

Install 2.5-inch PCIe SSDs SFF in the PCIe SSD extension box as described
in section "Installing 2.5-inch HDD/SSD modules" on page 173.

The PCIe SSDs SFF are mounted in the same frames as the 2.5-inch
HDD/SSD modules.
7.5.1.3 Installing the PCIe switches

If applicable, attach the required slot bracket to the expansion card as
described in section "Handling slot brackets" on page 293.
