17.2.3.9 Count 0 Register (OUTCOUNT0)
OUTCOUNT0 is a read-only register that indicates the number of received data bytes in
the Endpoint 0 FIFO. The value returned is valid while CSR0:OUT_PKT_RDY is 1.
17.2.3.10 Count 1 Register (OUTCOUNT1)
The OUTCOUNT1 is a read-only register that holds the lower 8 bits of the number of
received data bytes in the packet in the FIFO associated with the currently-selected OUT
endpoint. The value returned is valid while OUTCSR1:OUT_PKT_RDY is 1.
