Statistics

UCM supports the function of concurrent call statistics. This function provides users with statistics on the number

of concurrent calls of all VOIP trunks (SIP trunks and IAX trunks). Users can set search criteria to generate

custom charts. Select the trunk and time to view the chart of the maximum number of concurrent calls

corresponding to the trunk in a certain day or month.
