Configure Snooping Persistent Settings
To configure snooping persistent settings:
1. Launch a web browser.
2. In the address field of your web browser, enter the IP address of the switch.
The login window opens.
3. Enter the user name and password.
The default admin user name is
admin and the default admin password is blank, that is,
do not enter a password.
4. Click the Login button.
The System Information page displays.
5. Select Security > Control > DHCP Snooping > Persistent Configuration.
6. Select the Store Local or Remote radio button.
Selecting Local disables the remote fields Remote File Name and Remote IP
Address
.
7. If you select the Remote radio button, do the following:
a. In the Remote IP
Address
field, type the remote IP address on which the snooping
database is stored.
b. In the Remote File Name field, enter the remote file name to store the database.
8. In the W
rite Delay
field, enter the maximum write time to write the database into local or
remote.
The range is 15 to 86400.
9. Click the Apply button.
Your settings are saved.
IP Address The IP address that corresponds to the binding.
Lease Time The remaining lease time for the binding.
