View or Configure the ARP Table
You can change the configuration parameters for the Address Resolution Protocol (ARP)
table. You can also use this page to display the contents of the table.
To configure the ARP table:
1. Launch a web browser.
2. In the address field of your web browser, enter the IP address of the switch.
The login window opens.
3. Enter the user name and password.
The default admin user name is
admin and the default admin password is blank, that is,
do not enter a password.
4. Click the Login button.
The System Information page displays.
5. Select Routing> ARP
> Advanced
> ARP Table Configuration.
Type The type of ARP entry. Possible values are as follows:
Local. An ARP entry associated with one of the switch’s routing
interface’
s MAC addresses.
Gateway.
A dynamic
ARP entry whose IP address is that of a
router.
Static. An ARP
entry
configured by the user.
Dynamic. An
ARP entry that was learned by the router.
Age Age since the entry was last refreshed in the ARP table (in seconds).
