Sets the divider for the pulsed marker signal.

If R&S SMW-B9 is installed, the minimum marker duration depends on the sample/
symbol rate.

Queries the pulse frequency of the pulsed marker signal. The pulse frequency is
derived by dividing the symbol rate by the divider.
Return values:
<Frequency> float
Increment: 0.001
