Multi-Segment Sequencing Commands
Required options

[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:ARBitrary:WSEGment:CONFigure:BLANk:APPend
<SampCount>, <Frequency>
Adds a blank segment to the multi-segment file.
Setting parameters:
<SampCount> float
Specifies the number of samples.
Range: 512 to 1E7
Increment: 1
*RST: 1000
<Frequency> float
Determines the clock rate.
Range: 400 Hz to depends on the installed options
Increment: 0.001
*RST: 1E8
