3.2.8 Resetting the Device
Purpose
To reset the device without losing any user-defined switch and router configuration parameters, or
to clear NVRAM (user-defined) config settings.
Commands
Commands to reset the device are listed below and described in the associated section as shown.
• show reset (Section 3.2.8.1)
• reset (Section 3.2.8.2)
• reset at (Section 3.2.8.3)

• clear config (Section 3.2.8.5)
