3.2 GENERAL CONFIGURATION COMMAND SET
3.2.1 Setting User Accounts and Passwords
Purpose
To change the device’s default user login and password settings, and to add new user accounts and
passwords.
Commands
The commands needed to set user accounts and passwords are listed below and described in the
associated section as shown.
• show system login (Section 3.2.1.1)

• clear system login (Section 3.2.1.3)
• set password (Section 3.2.1.4)
