Selects the data pattern for the internal data when PATTern is selected as the data
source. The maximum length is 64 bits.
Parameters:
<Pattern> string
Range: #B0,1 to #B111...1,64

Generates the user-defined sequence of 0/1 data.
[:SOURce<hw>]:BB:DM:PRBS[:LENGth]
<Length>
Defines the length of the pseudo-random sequence in accordance with the following
equation:
Length = (2^Length) - 1
Parameters:
<Length> 9 | 11 | 15 | 16 | 20 | 21 | 23 | PN9 | PN11 | PN15 | PN16 |
