7.3.0.5 Deleting Data
Follow the procedure below to delete a file or files on an external memory
device.
 Deleting a Job
1. Select {FD/PC CARD} under the main menu.
2. Select {DELETE}.
– The following window appears.
3. Select {JOB}.
– The job selection window appears.
4. Select a job to be deleted.
– The selected jobs are marked with “”.
5. Press [ENTER].
– The confirmation dialog box appears.
6. Select “YES”.
– The selected jobs are deleted.
