speed is specified.
S1CxG027 Medium level : Jog operation speed when “MEDIUM” manual
speed is specified.
S1CxG028 High level : Jog operation speed when “HIGH” manual
speed is specified.
S1CxG029 High-speed-level : Jog operation speed when [HIGH SPEED] is
pressed.
