3.4.1 Install Grounding on 9.5” Gateway or Base Chassis
1. Ensure the 9.5” chassis (CHS2UG GW-US or CHS2UG B-US) is
powered off and the AC power cord is unplugged.
2. Ground the chassis by connecting a 14 AWG wire from the FG lug on
the back side of the chassis to an electrical service ground (such as a
cold water pipe). Refer to Figure 3-27 9.5” Chassis (Rear View).
3.4.2 Install AC Power Cord 9.5” Gateway or Base Chassis
Locate the supplied AC power cord and attach to the AC Inlet located on the
back of the chassis [refer to Figure 3-27 9.5” Chassis (Rear View)].
3.4.3 Install Additional Blades 9.5” Gateway or Base Chassis
Refer to Chapter 4, 2.1 Installation and Safety Precautions on page 4-4.
3.4.4 Apply Power to the 9.5” Gateway or Base Chassis
Refer to Chapter 4, 2.6 Powering Up the SV9100 System on page 4-9.
