12.2.7.3 Caller ID Tab
This tab contains options for setting audio amplitude level that
triggers recording, and silence period before halting recording.
Settings in this tab should be set to desired levels. After making
the desired changes in this section you should make test calls
and check for quality of the recorded call.
If both ends of a call are placed on hold, the
recording may end. When the call is taken off of
hold, another call recording file is generated.
