On site migration checklist
When you are on site for a migration from a DEFINITY system, complete the following
additional tasks before you start the migration:

Task Description
The customer supplies an
open EIA 310D (or
equivalent) standard 4-post,
19-inch (48-centimeter),
equipment rack. Verify that
this rack is installed
correctly.
Ensure that you have the screws that come with the
rack. Ensure that the rail kit for the Avaya-supplied
UPS is installed on the rack or available for
installation. For more information on how to install the
rail, see the documentation that comes with the rail kit.
Verify that you have the
license file that the file
includes the licensed
features.
