You must do a backup for the active S8700 or S8710 Media Servers. For more information, see
Backup destinations for migrations
on page 958. You can back up to:

Note: Do not use the PCMCIA flash card (for S8700). The PCMCIA flash card is not a
valid option for the migration
1. An ftp server on the network (release dependent)
2. The USB-connected Compact Flash (for the S8710 only)
