You can select any frequency within the setting range, where:
STARt is set with [:SOURce<hw>]:FREQuency:STARt
STOP is set with [:SOURce<hw>]:FREQuency:STOP
OFFSet is set with [:SOURce<hw>]:FREQuency:OFFSet
Range: (STARt + OFFSet) to (STOP + OFFSet)
Increment: 0.01Hz
*RST: 100 MHz
Default unit: Hz

[:SOURce<hw>]:FREQuency:MULTiplier <Multiplier>
Sets the multiplication factor N
FREQ:MULT
of a subsequent downstream instrument.
The parameters offset f

set with the command FREQ.
The query FREQ? returns the value corresponding to the formula:
