Description
ipv6 address PREFIX X:X::X:X/M
Interface
Configures IPv6 address which is dynamically
changeable according to the prefix name.
PREFIX: prefix name
X:X::X:X/M : IPv6 prefix of sub host.
no ipv6 address PREFIX
X:X::X:X/M
Disables a dynamic IPv6 address allocation using the
prefix name and sub-host address.
4.4.3 Assigning Link Local Address to Network Interface
The link-lcal address used between directly connected nodes on a single network link. To
assign an IPv6 link-local address to a network interface, use the following command.

Assigns a link-local address on the interface.
X:X::X:X: IPv6 address using MAC address according
to its EUI-64 format
To disable an assigned IPv6 link-local address, use the following command.
