6. Remove the screw [1].

7. Remove the harness from the two wire saddles [1] and the harness guide [2].
8. Disconnect four connectors [3].

9. Remove three screws [1], and remove the fusing drive unit [2].

10. NOTE
▪ When installing the fusing drive unit, make sure insert the tip of the
exit path switch solenoid lever [1] to the position [2] as shown in the
illustration (placing state the edge of lever [1] on the guide in the
back of the plate).

11. NOTE
▪ After installing the fusing drive unit, check that the edge of the exit
path switch solenoid [2] operates together, moving the switchback
guide [1] up and down.
12. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.
