11.1Clean unit (CU-202)

1. Push the lock shaft [1] to the left, and remove the clean unit [2].

2. Disconnect the connector [1].
3. Remove the screw [2], and remove the earth cable.
4. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.
11.2UFP filter
1. Remove the clean unit.
