2. Disconnect the connector [1].
3. Remove the harness from two wire saddles [2].

4. Remove three screws [1], and disconnect the ground wire.
5. Remove the belt [2], and remove the document main motor assy [3].

6. Remove two screws [1], and remove the document main motor [2].
7. To reinstall, reverse the order of removal.

1. Remove the rear cover.

4. Slide the CIS module assy [2] to the position shown in the illustration while
holding the belt [1].
