12.3.3Image Log Transfer Settings
This is displayed only when Switch No. “63” is set to [00000001] at Bit assignment/[01] at HEX assignment (Type 1) or [00000010] at Bit
assignment/[02] at HEX assignment (Type 2) in [Service Mode] -> [System 2] -> [Software Switch Setting].
Perform the following settings according to Software Switch Setting.
Image Log Transfer Settings (Type1)
Specifies whether to transfer the input or output image data to the server using whenever machine inputs or outputs image data.
Makes the settings of the WebDAV Server, the FTP Server, or the SMB Server where image data are transferred.
Use this settings to keep logs of input and output image data for Security purpose.

When selecting [ON], configure the following settings.
Select Forwarding Destination and configure the sever settings.
Forwarding destination Server setting item
WebDAV Server setting Host Name, File Path, User Name, Password, Port Number, Proxy, SSL Settings
FTP Server setting Host Name, File Path, User Name, Password, Port Number, PASV, and Proxy
SMB Server setting Host Name, File Path, User Name, Password
Specify Audit Item.
Audit item Contents
All Items Applied to Fax TX, Fax RX, Scan, and Others.
Individual Item Can be selected from Fax, Fax RX, and Scan.
Image Log Transfer Settings (Type2)
To select whether or not to transfer only input/output images in Fax TX/RX to the server when image data is input or output to or from the
machine.

When selecting [ON], configure the following settings.
1. Configure the file type and scan setting.
2. Select Forward or Do Not Forward for Fax TX/RX.
3. To transfer data, select [Forwarding Dest.] and configure the server settings.
