Procedure
Switch power off then on. The problem continues.

Return to service call procedures.
Decrease the resolution.
NOTE: Decreasing the resolution may have affect of reducing the PLW memory.
16-702 PLW Memory
System detected insufficient buffer for the print page that cannot be compressed.
Procedure
Switch power off then on. The problem continues.
