An error has occurred due to other causes than HDD Access during image conversion process
by S-Formatter.
Procedure
Switch power off then on. The problem continues.

Return to service call procedures.
Perform the operation again.
16-777 HDD Access
The HDD Access Error has occurred during image conversion process by S-Formatter.
Procedure
Switch power off then on. The problem continues.
YN
Return to service call procedures.
Replace the HDD (PL 13.1) and perform the operation again.
