REP 4.2 IBT Motor Assembly

Removal
WARNING
To avoid personal injury or shock, do not perform repair or adjustment activities with
the power switch on or electrical power applied to the machine.
1. Remove the Rear Cover (REP 14.2).
2. Pivot down High Voltage Power Supply Chassis (REP 1.6).
3. Disconnect Rear Fan connector ( P/J552).
4. Remove screws (2) and remove the Rear Fan (PL 8.1).
5. Disconnect IBT Motor Assembly connector ( P/J551).
6. Remove screws (3) and remove the IBT Motor Assembly (PL 1.1).

1. Remove the Rear Cover (REP 14.2).
2. Remove the High Voltage Power Supply Chassis (REP 1.6).
3. Remove LVPS Bracket (REP 1.1).
4. Remove Developer Drive Motor Assembly (Figure 1).
