By default, ND snooping is disabled.
Among S3100 series switches, only S3100-EI series switches support the two commands.

Parameters
learn: Permits the ND snooping uplink port to learn ND snooping entries.
probe: Permits active acknowledgement using the learned ND snooping entries.
Description
Use the ipv6 nd snooping uplink command to configure a port as an ND snooping uplink port.
Use the undo ipv6 nd snooping uplink command to restore the default.
By default, a port is not an ND snooping uplink port.
Note that:
z Use the ipv6 nd snooping uplink command to configure a port as an ND snooping uplink port that
does not learn any ND snooping entries.
z Use the ipv6 nd snooping uplink learn command to configure a port as an ND snooping uplink
port that learns ND snooping entries but does not use the learned ND snooping entries to perform
active acknowledgement.
z Use the ipv6 nd snooping uplink learn probe command to configure a port as an ND snooping
uplink port that learns ND snooping entries and uses the learned ND snooping entries to perform
active acknowledgement.
z The ND snooping entries learned by an ND snooping uplink port are not used by IPv6 filtering.
