[Sysname] lldp hold-multiplier 6
lldp management-address-tlv
Syntax
lldp management-address-tlv [ ip-address ]
undo lldp management-address-tlv
View
Ethernet interface view
Parameters
ip-address: Management address to be set.
Description
Use the lldp management-address-tlv command to enable the management address sending. This
command also sets the management address.
Use the undo lldp management-address-tlv command to disable management address sending.
By default, the management address is sent through LLDPDUs. The management address is the main
IP address of the lowest-ID VLAN carried on the port. If none of the carried VLANs is assigned an IP
address, no management address will be advertised.
Notes that:
z An LLDPDU carries only one management address. If you set the management address
repeatedly, the latest one takes effect.
z LLDP encodes management addresses in numeric format in management address TLVs. Make
sure that a neighbor also encodes its management address in numeric format to guarantee normal
communication with the neighbor.
Examples
# Set the management address to 192.6.0.1 for Ethernet1/0/1.
