Adjust the tx level (use NCU parameter 01 or
the dedicated tx parameter for that address).
Check the line connection.
Defective remote terminal.

The other terminal may be defective or
incompatible.

The machine resets the
sequence because of an
abnormal handshake in
the V.34 control channel
Check for line noise.
If the same error occurs frequently, replace the
FCU.

Replace the FCU.

registration error
Double registration of the SIP user name.
Capacity for user-name registration in the SIP
server is not sufficient.
13-18 SIP server access error
Incorrect initial setting for the SIP server.
Defective SIP server.
14-00 SMTP Send Error
Error occurred during sending to the SMTP server.
Occurs for any error other than 14-01 to 16. For
example, the mail address of the system
administrator is not registered.
